note: you will need to uncomment the line #RUN_AS_USER=rootDisable self-signed HTTPS (optional)

Access from clear net without port forward or VPN
Go to /root/.i2p/clients.config.d and replace 127.0.0.1, ::1 with 0.0.0.0, :: then restart entire service.
